Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
